I had a great experience staying at this 3-star hotel in Milan, conveniently located near Chinatown. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself felt newly renovated inside—everything was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. What truly stood out was the reception team. They were incredibly helpful from the very beginning, even sending me a video with clear instructions on how to get there, which made my arrival much easier. I’d especially like to thank Gabrielle, who was always kind, professional, and ready to assist with any questions or needs. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service in a great area of Milan.
