The room was great - i wish it was on the sunny side of the building but then we wouldnt get the river/trees. There was construction throughout the duration of our stay, and you can hear the street traffic, but that is expected. The balcony was large and the bed cozy. Access to the gym was great (specified hours only) and staff were very helpful. We used the bike rental at the cafe on the corner, I believe it was €5/hr or €20/day.

We enjoyed our 1-night stay. Short walk to train station to go into Rome, and to cafes and restaurants serving authentic Italian food. Cozy apartment with mini kitchen, kitchen table and large balcony with seating. Would be a good home base to explore Rome for a few days or longer.

We had a great 2 week stay in Dec 2025. Staff was very corrupted courteous and helpful. The room was smaller than expected, but it worked for us. The balcony is huge, which seems like excess unusable space though, especially in December. The room felt cold at times despite clicking the temperature up to 22 Celsius. But it was probably because of the floor to ceiling windows and how cold it got at night while we were there. Must be lovely in warmer weather. The gym was only accessible for free at times I didn’t want to go, so I paid for a monthly membership at the gym next door for access anytime. It was a great investment; the gym staff were were great, they had all the equipment I needed for power lifting, and I got to use the co-ed sauna. When I had an issue with the toilet and shower head, they fixed it immediately. The area is also perfectly located across from Testaccio Market and is just south enough of Trastevere to be away from the crowds, but still very accessible by tram, bus, or train to central Roman locations. We used public transport every day, and built in 30 min to get into central Rome. We’d definitely stay here again, especially for access to the well equipped gym.

Convenient location for public transit. Bring your earplugs, that is the only way you will get a soundproof room, you can ear the neighbors and there is a constant hum coming from some industrial plant in the neighborhood even with windows closed. Unfinished gypsum work on bathroom ceiling and peeling paint off wall above shower tiles. Shower door needs repair and entire shower stall has a bad smell. Bathroom fan not working. Not worth what we paid for, I would not stay again.

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Information and Poor Communication While the hotel itself was clean and offered free access to laundry facilities, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues that future guests should be aware of. First, the check-in staff were not present at the entrance during the hours stated on their website and pamphlet. They encourage guests to contact them via WhatsApp, but not all staff members were actually on the app, and responses were slow or nonexistent. Our room had a door that didn’t lock properly, and the walls were paper-thin—you could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. There were also contradictory claims from the staff. The hotel advertises a breakfast restaurant, but when we arrived, we were told our booking didn’t include breakfast—something we were never informed of beforehand. When we followed up, another staff member claimed they don’t have space for a restaurant at all, even though there was a clearly labeled restaurant right next to the hotel. Lastly, the gym is not free, contrary to what their advertising implies. This, along with the other inconsistencies, created a sense of dishonesty that really soured our stay. If transparency and reliability matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
