Someone got inside my room while I was sleeping

Posted pictures greatly differ from actual rooms. But the biggest problem is that they mistakenly gave a key to my room to someone checking in. At midnight, this person open my room door while I was sleeping inside with my kids. This is really the worst thing you could have from a hotel service.

Upon checking in service was poor and disorganized. We stayed for 2 days, the air-conditioning stopped ✋️ working on the first night. We were told that the hotel was from 2003 and that is the way it is. We can't control the temperature ourselves, it depends on the outside temperature for it to function....

Quarto extremamente apertado A porta do banheiro não tem tranca Nao tem uma mesinha para apoio para usar computador Não tem uma água de no frigobar, a maioria dos hotéis deixa água de cortesia no frigobar ou senão cobram por ela no final da estadia, quando eu esquecia de comprar a água para tomar o remédio da noite, era um sacrifício . Se quiser alguma coisa tem que ficar ligando e pedindo na recepção . Eu reservei o quarto para 2 adultos e 1 criança . Só tinha um cobertor de solteiro . Liguei para pedir um de casal , o atendente disse que eles não tinham esse serviço de levar no quarto , se eu quisesse tinha que descer pra buscar . Eu falei que no quarto não tinham deixado . Aí ele levou 2 de solteiro, embrulha uma parte e descobre outra . Pelo valor não compensa . Existem outros hotéis com condições melhores
