The staff were not particularly friendly and could have been more helpful, especially knowing I’m a foreigner. It would have been nice if someone had explained that the elevator operates by even and odd floors. The room itself was fine for the price, but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The mattress was extremely hard and uneven, and I could feel the springs pressing through. I kept waking up throughout the night and barely got any rest. By morning, my back was sore and stiff, and it made it almost impossible to adjust to the time difference or have the energy to explore the city. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and attentive. I especially appreciated the gentleman who helped me get a taxi; that small act of kindness truly stood out and made a difference in my stay.

朝食が素晴らしいリーズナブルなホテル

朝食は、毎朝メニューが変わり、健康的な朝食を楽しめました。6月には無かったヨーグルトもあり、とても満足です。スタッフの方もテキパキと働き、フレンドリーで親切でした。このホテルの朝食は本当に素晴らしいと思いました。 客室に関しては、今回コンフォートツインにアップグレードされていました。広さがあり、ゆったりとステイできましたが、お風呂場にシャワーカーテンがなく、床にお湯がかからないよう、かなり大変でした。水捌けが悪いので、どうしても浴室の床は濡れてしまい、ゆっくりとお風呂を楽しむことはできませんでした。トイレ・洗面台は別になっていましたが、こちらには手を拭くタオルが最初の日だけ掛かっていて、2日目にまた手拭き用のタオルをいただきたいと、受付の方にお願いしたら、料金がかかるとのことでした。今までいつも親切に対応してくださっている受付の方達には感謝していますが、料金がかかると、大声で怒ったような態度をとったこの受付の人には、驚きと失望を感じました。しかしながら、この値段と朝食、そし親切に対応してくださったスタッフ方々、とても満足できました。また、ステイしたいと思います。

체크인 당시 불결한 청소 상태

체크인 후 객실에 들어가자 마자 청소 상태가 형편없는 상태임.침대 시트와 수건은 널부러져 있으며, 변기에 대변 흔적이 그대로 남아 있었음. 카운터에 불만접수를 하였지만 오히려 다른 방 교환해주는 것으로 만족해라는 듯 전혀 성의있는 사과가 없음. 이런 호텔직원들이 이 정도로 응대 할정도로 교육이 안 되어 있음. 청소도 제대로 안 되어 있어 불결하게 느껴짐. 차라리 부산 역 토요코인이나 아니면 다른 호텔이 청소상태가 좋으니 추천함.
