. I made a 3-night reservation via Hotels.com for Hotel Reine Victoria in St. Moritz, for the dates June 08–11, 2025 (Booking number: 72060581077307).
Unfortunately, after checking in, I found that the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall quality compared to the description and photos on your platform. As a result, I stayed only one night and checked out early, notifying the hotel staff.
Despite this, I was still charged for the remaining two unused nights, which I believe is unfair and not in line with Hotels.com’s customer-oriented standards.
I kindly request a refund for the two nights I did not use. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
