I had a prepaid reservation from Expedia with an itinerary number and receipt. The hotel said they did not have a reservation for me and did very little. If nothing to help me. They kept blaming Expedia but wouldn’t call Expedia to find out what was wrong. The hotel is a remake of something else And it’s not finished with renovations still in process. There were paint cans and tarps in view of guest. The elevator is not working and there are room rooms on the fourth floor. This was the worst experience of a hotel check-in in the history of worst experiences. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. They wouldn’t help me find another property and sent me on my way after a 12 hour day on the road. These people should never work in any type of customer contact position again in their lives. They suck beyond words.
