The hotel is in great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. It was good value for money, but like most Blackpool hotels, it needs updating. I would more than happy to stay there again and probably will

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, we even got booked in early which we were grateful for. Our room was okay & clean. Bathroom was very clean and modern which is a rarity in Blackpool. Short walk to winter gardens which is a plus👍. We’ve booked again for this months dance competition

4/10 Regular

The good part.. The beds were clean.. But it ends there. The property is in disrepair and needs some serious investment. Kept awake from people walking above, because the floors creaked so much. The window didn't close properly and was cold and drafty and alot of noise from outside. Shower door didn't meet, therefore a gap when showering. Carpets were dirty, cobwebs and the window was grim

For the price we paid it was a good room. It’s a very small double room but has everything you need, bring a hairdryer as there isn’t one in the room you have to ask at reception. They supplied a fan in the room and this was needed as, despite having the window open, the room gets hot really quickly.

Room was very clean and tidy, reception staff extremely helpful and polite, 5 mins walk from town centre will use this hotel again and recommend it to others

Terrible hotel.no lift and several flights of stairs to climb.on entry to room no toilet roll,no shower gel.no storage space, wardrobe jammed on carpet so couldn’t use.kettle had to be put on floor to use,no spoons for drink making.holes in walls and doors.main door sticky and stained on inside.showerhead dirty.corridors messy with paint on carpets and dirty.no pillow protectors.overall shocking place to stay and would of left if I could of found somewhere at short notice.50 pound charge for possible damage a joke when already has signs of damage

Hotel room nothing like the pictures , cannot fault the women at reception she was lovely however me and my friend could not stay there. Marks on pillow cases, mold painted over walls, you could see into the hall from inside the room once the door was closed , mattress was old and you could visibly see the springs through the sheets , bugs flying in bathroom and cobweb at the window above the bed
