Die Lage sehr zentral , das Zimmer geräumig ! Das war es schon! Frühstück wurde im Zimmer serviert , eine Tasse Kaffee für jeden , es war kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort musste alles telefonisch geregelt werden . Es gab keine richtige Rezeption , keine Sitzgelegenheiten und auch sonst null . Für ein Design Hotel zuwenig

Piccolo appartamento, ampio spazioso, dotato di frigobar, TV e bagno grande. Zona tranquilla anche se leggermente fuori dal centro, con una fermata di metro vicino. Tuttavia la reception chiude alle 18. Ideale per famiglie per brevi soggiorni

Decepción tras decepción

Pagamos 140€ para una sola noche, y nos encontrarnos con una habitación en una planta baja y sin puerta de entrada (es decir, que cualquiera desde la calle llega directamente a la puerta de la habitación...). Al entrar, nos sorprendió un parquet demacrado, el escritorio roto, la cama desgastada... Todo esto no nos impediría dormir bien aunque nos pareció mal para un 3 estrellas. Nuestra sorpresa fue cuando volvimos para dormir después de pasar el día fuera, y vimos que la toalla estaba sucia, también la colcha de la cama, en el armario había una mancha pegajosa... Entre la pared y la cama había menos de un palmo de distancia por lo tanto no se podía salir por ahí... Y ya lo último y peor fue al cerrar las cortinas que hacen de persiana... Están tan rotas que no paran la luz. Es decir que es como dormir en plena calle por la luz que entra. En fin, una decepción tras otra. Al quejarnos, nos comunican que no nos devuelven parte de lo pagado porque tienen un teléfono 24h y que podíamos haber llamado para pedir un cambio de habitación. ¿No sería más lógico tener las habitaciones en buen estado, o por lo menos limpias?

A shabby two star at best, the photos must have been when it was renovated many years ago, it’s just tatty and needs refitting again. No aircon, Bathroom was the only thing that was modern and nice. Expensive for what it is and better finding a larger hotel a little further from the city which offer more for less money.
Bed all scratched, old.
Bed tight to the wall, wall is dirty.
Floor all scratched.

Appartamento in una zona tranquilla vicino la metro e il tram. Personale molto gentile e comodissima la colazione servita in camera. Camera spaziosa e salone molto grande utile la macchina del caffè e del thè. L'unica nota negativa ci siamo ritrovati con delle formiche nel salone e nel bagno

Mal sabor de boca

A Hoteles.com .- considero que su oferta es engañosa, indican que el desayuno es gratis y no es cierto, la factura de hotel, desglosa el precio de la habitación en que se incluyen las tasas locales, el importe de los desayunos servidos y además un cargo por pagar por Visa. A nivel del servicio del hotel, mi opinión es que ha de mejorar considerablemente, me ofrecieron a través de un correo el servicio de traslado del aeropuerto al hotel, respondiendo que aceptaba, Sorpresa en el aeropuerto no había nadie esperando, cogí un taxi y me dirigí al hotel, en la recepción no comenta nada y considere que no había enviado bien la respuesta, el mismo día de llegada recibo a las 22h un sms disculpándose porque no habían leído el correo y por tanto no habían podido realizar el servicio, pero que en el mismo aeropuerto hay una parada de taxis ¡¡¡¡¡¡. Con una temperatura de -2 grados en el exterior, en la habitación no habían encendido los radiadores, una silla estaba rota pero hasta el lunes no la podían cambiar, pedí el desayuno a las 7h y lo trajeron a las 7h30, si bien recomiendo contratar el servicio de desayuno en variado y abundante,

Nice place to stay in. The room was big, comfortable and also clean. I recommend this place. Just 2 comments: The front desk opens between 9am-6pm. Also the rooms are close to the street and the front door was always open, it was surprising at the beginning about the security, but got used to t quickly.
