Tive uma boa experiência! Espaços amplos, vista perfeita de todos os ângulos possíveis!!! Piscinas sempre muito limpas, áreas de lazer arejadas e tranquilas, restaurante com comida boa! Jacuzzi privativa no quarto, rede na varanda, quartos limpos, ideal para quem quer descansar! Foi uma estadia muito leve e surpreendente. Todos os funcionários muito solícitos, fui bem tratado por todos, inclusive pelo sr Paulo, que solucionou prontamente um probleminha que tive. No geral é ideal para quem tem o intuito de relaxar, recomendo!

Reservamos 3 quartos, e 2 deles estavam sem ar condicionado funcionando. Com bebê de braço dormindo no calor e abafado, e demoraram mais de hora tentando consertar para depois conseguirem outro quarto. Só viemos aproveitar o hotel às 16:00, mesmo o check in tendo sendo às 14:00 devido a esse transtorno. Além disso, um dos quartos estava cheio de formigas na parede e indo pra a cama de solteiro.

Nos hospedamos no bangalô com banheira privativa, acomodação linda e confortável mas a alimentação deixou a desejar. Poucas opções saudáveis e pratos muito carregados e oleosos, o que acabou nos causando desconforto intestinal por três dias. Hotel é bem velho, precisa de uma reforma. Banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto e o ar condicionado não gelava o suficiente. As refeições são limitadas, com pouca variedade e sempre faltando os itens, pois não tinha reposição. Comida em buffet toda jogada, com péssima apresentação e sabor. Precisei sair algumas vezes do hotel para ter uma refeição descente. O all inclusive do final do ano era limitado, tanto para comida quanto para bebidas, o que nos deixou muito frustados.
