During my time in Faro, this hotel provided a wonderful sense of tranquility, completely free from unnecessary noise or excess. The minimalist approach and attention to detail are evident the moment you step inside. A highly elegant choice for those who value serenity and a refined stay.

Large, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Access to the main house and room is convenient through pass keys. It can be a little bit loud a nighttime as there are clubs and bars in aroundthe area, so maybe not the best choice for a quiet sleeper but other than that it was perfect

Nice clean modern place. Discrete entrance on a little worn down street, but inside it was fantastic. Had a wery good stay in a fantastic room with a nice bathroom.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Very comfy bed. Nice communal kitchen. Only downside is noise from bar/ club close by.

Exactly as described and in a great location. My room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I didn’t make use of the communal areas but they were all really clean and quiet. Saw lots of reviews about external noise, but I didn’t hear any at all (Sunday to Wednesday)

What a beautiful place to stay. Really nice rooms and use of a full kitchen. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I can’t stop saying positive things about the looks, the comfort and the service. My only downside is the lack of soundproofing. Unfortunately we were kept up until our wake up time of 5 AM, just as the last of the party goers were heading away.

Un petit bijou au coeur de Faro. Chambre spacieuse, décoration hyper soignée, literie très confortable. Espace en commun magnifiquement aménagé, avec tout le nécessaire a notre disposition. On y retournera sans hésitations !

Great place to stay, I highly recommend it. Very clean, beautifully decorated, modern shared kitchen, large common area and a beautiful outdoor patio with large painted mural. And the room itself was top notch. Good location, within walking distance to shops, waterfront, restaurants, sights, etc.

Lovely place! Very high spec. Bed very comfortable. The communal kitchen and lounge are like a show home! Noisy revellers as it was carnival and as the area is in a stage of regeneration, I think some revellers didn’t know there were residential properties. Nothing a swift Norther shout out of the window couldn’t fix! Cardin Al!!

Very nice property. I stayed for two nights. Comfortable bed, nice towels, and well equipped kitchen which also has a water filter so I didn’t have to buy drinking water. Easy walk to both bus and train stations, and other sites. I definitely recommend

I loved my stay at the Oakmoon. I was the only one there for two days, so I had free use of my spacious room, plus the open-plan full kitchen and living room area and the funky little interior patio with hand-painted mural. The house is on a narrow street of mostly private homes and a few bars and restaurants and close to plenty of other restaurants, shops, the marina, cathedral, laundromat, etc. Sarah, the house manager, is friendly and very helpful, if you need anything.

Everything was great except the noise! A club was just down the alley so there were constant loud revelers until 4 a. m. If you're a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you even with earplugs. Other than that, all was great - location, staff, room, amenities. The light fixture in our room was the coolest ever!

What a fantastic stay. The room and the shower room were huge , spotlessly clean The communal rooms were also spotless and well thought out. The kitchen had multiple appliances to use, although we did not use any. The enclosed outside courtyard was quirky in its design but lovely to sit out in. The host Sara was quick to respond to any inquiries and helpful. Its position within the old part of faro was ideal with so much being within easy walking distance. I would thoroughly recommend this property
