Stay away go-to hilton this place looks nice booked 3 day stay the room was filthy someone had slept in bed before me they never changed the covers but put pillows on a way to deceive you that they did management doesn't care supposed to get refund for all 3 days they still charged for for 1 day said I stayed there noticing at 10pm at night I had no choice . Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place trash in room and in hallways cleaning ladies don't care nor does management

My husband and I stayed at EVER Home Suites over the July 4th weekend. Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our stay. Although this is a relatively new hotel, it already felt run-down and poorly maintained. The floors in our room had not been swept, the refrigerator was dirty, and there was hair left in the shower. The elevator was also dirty and painfully slow. The biggest issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room. We notified the front desk immediately after checking in, but nothing was done to address the problem. Thankfully, we have family in the area, so we were able to spend most of our time at their house, shower there, and only returned to the hotel to sleep. Had that not been an option, our stay would have been much worse. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a newer hotel. We will never stay at EVER Home Suites again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay.

There was an odor when I entered the room. I cleaned the surface areas as usual when I go to a hotel. When it came time to pull back the sheets I noticed something black at the end of the bed. Photo enclosed. I walked to the front desk and asked for another room. I was told all the rooms were booked. I asked if housekeeping could change the bedding. I was told no one was available. I asked for a manager. No one was available. I had to change my own bedding. I asked the receptionist to please leave a note for the manager named Alicia who would be in in the morning. Alicia called my room yesterday morning and I asked her to come to my room as I wanted to show her something else as well. I showed her the dirty sheet and the interior refrigerator. She apologized and ask if I still wanted to change rooms. I said no. After I cleaned and changed the bedding I didn't have the energy to do it again as I'm handicapped. I asked for a significant discount and she said she would see what she could do. This morning at check out Alicia told me I would have to contact Expedia since I booked the room through them. I said this matter should have be settled by now. She said have them call her. I shouldn't have to be further inconvenienced. They've sullied an otherwise wonderful weekend.
