When we arrived, the front door was ajar. The room we rented was supposed to have a queen bed and a twin— instead it had two small futons that barely fit in the room. The house was filthy and other residents were up late talking loudly all night.

This rental should be taken off the market or listed under slum-rental. Bathrooms smelled of urine. Nothing in room except 3 beds. No chest, no closet - no hangers. No towels. Had booked two nights but stayed one. Would like a refunf.

You can’t check in earlier than 7pm unless you’re willing to pay an extra $35, you have to check out at 9am unless you’re willing to pay an extra $35 for another few hours. Parking is also extra. It’s a shared living space, not a hotel.

It was legally clean, it felt like. They double booked our room, my partner and I had a 2nd party knock at our door around 1AM, had the same screen details we did. Felt very unsafe, we would load valuables into our vehicle if we left the property. Was asked to pay for parking on the 2nd night, which was never told we had to pay. I asked where to pay and never got a response, seems like landlord isn't local, and doesn't get involved. Worst experience looking for a place to travel in 30+ years, didn't let it ruin my vacation though.

This place is a scam. Stay away. One bathroom for ten rooms. Dirty beds. One room was in the kitchen. Horrifying noises at night from inside and outside. The window was not properly closing. I didn't sleep the night and waited till sun is out and just ran away. I booked it for four nights but rany away after the first night. Zero response from the so called owner. I had to dispute the charge through my bank.

I did not meet a human. Correspondence was through what's app. The entry is through a code on the door knob. when I arrived the front door was open. There was no one there. The hallways and starts could be cleaner. I left because it did not feel safe. I did not stay at this property.

It was aweful the mattresses were terrible it felt like sleeping on rocks, there were rats the size of my foot, the toilet didn’t flush, late service. In all I would not rent better to just get a hotel.

When I arrived the room was all messy and with trash. It smelled really bad and felt insecure as if someone could enter randomly to it. I entered the room and left straight away, didn’t even stay there.

Heath St is the most disgusting place I have ever been in. Infested with rats and cockroaches in the filthy shared kitchen. One bathroom/toilet for 8 rooms. Nothing provided. No toilet paper, soap or even a towel. We left after 1 night, having paid for 8. This property should not be on Expedia list. I will be pursuing a refund when I return to the UK.

There was nothing about this property to like. From the start there was no communication, a resident of the property had to let us in then after several texts and messages left they sent us a room code. No other communication for 8 days

It was nice. The room has wi-fi and a kitchen near the living room. There's a pool table. The owner is very nice and respectable. The other guests are quiet and it felt pretty safe. The price was really good. Thank you.

Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom.

Someone at the property had to let me in and text the property manager to send me my check in information. The front door barely closes, the pillows thinner than plywood and feel about as comfortable. Feels like a halfway house.

I booked a Queen and a Twin bed and only got a twin. The whole apartment had this funky smell to it. All the amenities were shared so there which I wasn’t informed about. One of the twin beds had a broken frame and neither one had a box spring underneath. One of the bathroom doors was broken and hard to close, which honestly had me concerned. When I showed up there was someone cleaning but they didn’t speak much English so I couldn’t ask her any questions. I didn’t use the kitchen because I didn’t need to. Also the sheets and pillowcases seem to be constantly reused. I would recommend bringing your own For anyone wanting to stay here just bring your own sheets, some air freshener and definitely don’t make it a long stay if you want to be comfortable.
