Sou Superhost no Airbnb há mais de 5 anos e, por isso, entendo bem o que é o mínimo esperado de uma boa hospedagem. Infelizmente, minha experiência nesta pousada foi extremamente negativa. O acesso até a pousada não é asfaltado, o que dificulta para carros baixos. Os problemas começaram já na chegada: as fotos do anúncio não condizem com a realidade. O “estacionamento” anunciado é apenas uma rua sem saída ao lado da pousada, sem qualquer tipo de segurança. Há ainda um portão que permanece destrancado 24h, facilitando acessos indevidos. No check-in, fomos surpreendidos com a cobrança de uma taxa adicional para uso de toalhas e roupas de cama, informada pela proprietária, sem transparência prévia no anúncio. O café da manhã é um dos piores que já tive e, para piorar, também possui cobrança extra, totalmente incompatível com a qualidade oferecida. Pagamos mais caro por um quarto com banheira de hidromassagem, que não funcionava. Mesmo assim, tentei relevar para não comprometer a viagem. No dia seguinte, enquanto estávamos na praia, recebi uma mensagem informando que o marido da anfitriã e um funcionário estavam dentro do meu quarto, mexendo na hidromassagem sem qualquer aviso ou autorização. Deixei itens de valor e roupas íntimas expostos. Ao retornar, encontrei o banheiro sujo, cheio de ferramentas, sem qualquer privacidade para utilizá-lo. Diante disso, decidi ir embora e solicitei o reembolso de uma diária. A resposta foi grosseira, dizendo que éramos “muito complicados”

A estadia foi muito agradável, vista incrível, a gerente Elaine nos recebeu super bem, foi muito prestativa e atenciosa, limpeza impecável. Destaque para o cachorro Tico (Tiquinho) um fofo rs. A única coisa que melhoraria seria colocar um aquecimento na piscina para que em épocas mais frias os hóspedes possam aproveitá-la melhor. De resto foi tudo perfeito!
