A great find and great hotel. Only 20 minute walk from Royal Featival Hall. So if you want a hotel not in a tourist area and do not mind a nice stroll then this is the place to go. Will definitely stay here again when next in London.

Great location and brilliant pub with a range of drinks and excellent pizza. The staff were also helpful and accommodating. The room was very hot and stuffy and needs a bit of a refresh - especially the bathroom.

The hotel is situated in a great location - close to all the main attractions, but in a much quieter area, so away from the crowds. It was great to stay above an authentic English local pub. The staff at the pub were very nice and a special shout out to Ray who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The pub food was very good and the pints of beer were poured to perfection!

Room was a decent size and I liked the decor, the bathroom was clean and generally in good order, except for a wobbly tap. I didn't really interact with the staff but they were friendly when I did speak to them. Provision of a coffee machine with free pods was a bonus. The only negative bits of feedback are that there was no milk in the fridge on the second floor and when I was checking under the bed for any possessions before leaving I noticed it needed a good vacuuming and there were sweet wrappers etc from previous guests. No window in my room but there was a skylight which could be opened with an electric switch. Overall an enjoyable stay, just needs a hoover under the bed!

Spacious room with comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Very clean, a tiny bit dated but nothing to concern yourself about. Location is very close to Lambeth North tube and quite close to E&C tube/station so very easy to get around from there.
