チェックイン担当してくださった以外の方、とても仕事熱心で好印象です。ニセコのあわただしい中から伺ったので、静かでとても心休まりました。レストランが貸し切りだったので、ニセコのあの喧騒の後を思うと、とてもリラックス。夕食は外の方も多いようですが、食事もおいしいですし、適正価格なのでお勧めします。

苫小牧東インターから近いのは便利だと思いました。部屋は広くて楽しい作りでした。施設自体は少し古くなってます。温泉の使用時間も限られていて残念でした。

お部屋担当のスタッフさん、他のどのスタッフさん達も、丁寧で感じ良く居心地良く滞在することができました。新緑、湖、コテージ、庭園、いずれも手が行き届いており、夜はホテルの美味しいケーキを食べながら、薪ストーブの炎をみてリラックスし、ぐっすり眠った翌朝の散策は新緑と湖が朝日に照らされ、本当に素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。

千歳空港すぐ近くでラグジュアリーな新緑の森三昧

ゴルフ場併設のお宿で、スケールの壮大な森に迷い込んだような魅力満載なお宿でしたスタッフさんの応対もとても気持ち良かったですディナーも美味しかったです北海道の旬の食材を丁寧にお料理された一皿一皿、ソースひとつとってもどれも味わい深く、だけども肩肘張らずしっかりいただけました千歳空港すぐ近くなので、帰路に特におすすめです今回、新緑シャワー全開、散策も気持ちよかったです地下に温泉もあり、ラッキーでした

Worse hotel in this trip!

It was a disappointing stay. Onsen is closed. Front desk personnel were not very good at their customer service. Snowing day, no onsen, no walking around, no facility to spend time, a boring place. Room is far from car park and very small. Hotpot is placed on a stool for sitting, instead of a proper table, can you imagine? Heater is very hot even a lowest setting. Whole night couldn't sleep well as it was too hot. On the ground floor so didn't feel safe to open the window. Dinner in the hotel was limited and expensive. Drove out to have a very satisfying good beef dinner at 1/3 of the price. Regret booking this hotel.

공항 픽업서비스가 일찍 마감되니, 늦은 체크인 경우, 호텔측과 사전 연락바랍니다. 공항에서 택시로 20분, 5000엔 정도 나옵니다. 객실 미니바 이외에 음료자판기가 없습니다. 자연속 코티지에서 휴식을 원한다면 추천하고 싶습니다.

Hotel Nidom was a very special place to stay. The cabin was very big, warm and cozy, ideal for families with children. The fireplace was a great addition to the winter atmosphere. Although there is nothing much to do at the hotel, it is a great place to decompress from urban life. The nature around the property is absolutely amazing. Be aware that there are no convenience stores nearby and you will be stuck at the hotel if you don't have a car! All in all a fabulous winter experience!
