I stayed 6 nights in a suite room. Spacious , functional and quiet. The receptionist Nurullah was extremely kind from the time of reservation and during the stay, providing information on restaurants, taxis etc. Other staff were helpful too. You feel at home here.

The room was not clean enough and you could see the stains and hairs everywhere on the walls, doors, even on sheets and the bed.

Siteden şehir manzaralı odayı seçtiğim halde binaya bakan bir oda verdiler ve sitenin bunu belirtmediğini söylediler yardımcı olabilirlerdi onun dışında otel lüks bir otel bazı eksikleri olsada kalınabilecek bir yer

The room provided to my family was not the room I booked and paid for. I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for.

The hotel is newly built and clean. The staff mostly don't speak English or persian but there try hard to communicate and they are super respectful and nice we loved it. During our stay we had water and electricity outage, but they handled it very well with bringing water bottles frequently and turning on the electric generator.
