It was a clean and quiet hotel. We were satisfied in terms of price and expectations. To get to the city center, you need to use two means of transport, sometimes three, which may be difficult for families with children.The staff at the check-in desk were very helpful and friendly. Nous avons séjourné 2 fois dans l’hôtel Ibis Budget Vitry-Sur-Seine N7 et nous avons un avis unanime : catastrophique et honteux. Nous sommes révoltés d’avoir dû payer pour ce niveau de prestation. Certes, nous savons qu’en réservant un Ibis Budget, il ne faut pas s’attendre aux prestations d’un palace, mais tout de même. La propreté de la chambre est inexistante ; entre vieux chewing-gum collé sur le mur, traces de pneus du précédent voyageur dans les toilettes, traces non identifiées à plusieurs endroits (sur la table de nuit, sur le sol…) et moisissures dans la douche, nous ne savons plus où se mettre dans cette chambre sans se sentir sales également. Nous n’avons d’ailleurs pas osé utiliser la ventilation, au vu de l’épaisseur de poussière présente entre les grilles… Autre point inexistant également : l’isolation phonique. Nous n’avons pu dormir qu’à partir de 2h30 du matin à cause des aboiements incessants d’un chien à proximité. Au-delà de ce point, le bruit « classique » de la circulation n’est absolument pas étouffé par l’isolation qu’on pourrait attendre d’un bâtiment à usage de repos. La literie n’est absolument pas confortable ; les oreillers sont tellement plats que nous avons douté de leur présence durant la nuit. Nos cervicales s’en souviennent encore… Bref, nous ne reviendrons certainement pas dans cet hôtel. Fuyez.
