Had a fabulous stay at the Hotel Le Roy.
Pros: Great location, convenient to everything in the Gap.
On the beach. Clean room. Beach towels and chairs provided. Friendly staff.
Cons: No elevator. No complementary coffee. No gift shop for forgotten essentials. Open window in the bathroom didn't help with keeping the sleeping area cool.
Formally the Infinity.
The front desk staff was very attentive, taking care of all of our taxi needs, dinner reservations and inquiries.
We stayed on the third floor which requires you to walk up a narrow staircase. No elevator.
We stayed in what they called the Penthouse, two floors. Lovely balconies for ocean views and a kitchenette with a refrigerator.
Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. White bed linens are always hard to keep clean, noticing old stains.
Bathroom was clean but the window in the bathroom is open with just a screen. The bathroom held the heat of the day and the noises of night. We hung a small towel in the window in hopes of blocking both and closing the door as well. Maybe a 50% improvement. The shower did have shampoo, conditioner and bodywash but no shelving so they sat on the floor of the shower. Towels also were not crisp white. I thought one day after housekeeping came in that they just rerolled our bath and wash clothes.
Meals. Chose to eat meals off vendors, Gap or at the pink hotel next door, lovely buffet. Restaurant at the hotel was slow, needed more offerings.
