Este apartamento es muy comodo, esta muy bien ubicado y tiene todo para que una familia como la mia de 5 personas pueda disfrutar de una estancia en Paris como si estuviera en su propia casa. Gracias!

Las fotos que muestran de esta propiedad, nada que ver con lo que es. Totalmente deseccionado de este hospedaje , no lo recomiendo para nada. Ademas la cominucacion con el propietario no hay ya llevo una semana y hasta ahora no me ha respondido 😡😡

appartement bien refait , rien a dire de l'appartement a part qu'il penche sérieusement à tel point que les portes de douche se ferment même toutes seules. La structure du bâtiment me semble vraiment en mauvaise état , tel que la porte d'entre de l immeuble soutenue par un étai . Mais l'appartement , rien a dire , propre et bien refait.

The appartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great. Close to metro and bus stations, a bakery across the street and grocery store around the corner. There are many bars, cafes and restaurants 5 mins walk away.

I took my family around Europe and I’ve been traveling to Paris often and this place is a a gem! Smooth check in and check out with lots of dining option around the area. Perfect for big family like mine. I am definitely booking this place again with my next travel.

The location of this apartment in Montmartre was great for exploring Paris. Also, right opposite a lovely bakery. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and having a washing machine was really helpful. It is an old building, so the lift is certainly not for the claustrophobic and there are some funny angles in the flat...but that's part of the charm of staying in an old property. There is no air con. A portable unit is provided, which we couldn't get to work...so just used on fan mode. But there are windows on either side of the flat, so you get a good flow of air though. Which was fine for us even in a heatwave.

We really liked the location and it was at a good price point. Check-in was very easy and there was good communication regarding getting into the apartment. However, there were ants when we arrived. Also, the air conditioning was not adequate. The AC unit didn’t even cool one room and hot air came out of the back of the unit when it was on. This made the apartment even hotter. We planned to use the washing machine, but found that it didn’t smell good when we opened it. Overall, the apartment worked for our stay, but we wouldn’t return in the warmer months.

The place was just ok. You need to bring all your toiletries and detergent for washing machine. Old walls with damages, bathrooms is clean with remodeling, but it smell bad with old pipe odor.

The location is great… information regarding renovations in close proximity would have been nice to know. No a/c when asked about fans or portable a/c units it was stated they would provide and did not respond or stop in. No communication they were not coming. Temperatures in the mid 30’s, There was garbage left in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not clean. Stains on the futon and some of the linens. Over all cleanliness not the best. Would not stay again. Not quiet with the windows open to provide reprieve from the heat. Surprised by the positive comments from earlier this year.

Well I guess you have to make allowances for Paris, especially Montmartre, but this was a dingy uncomfortable flat with poor AC. Washing machine was helpful as this was the midpoint of our journey.

Do not stay here. It looks nothing like any of the pictures. It is very small and has ant issues. A lot of things didn’t work. Not worth it!

Alles hat organisatorisch super geklappt, was uns direkt auffiel war der unangenehme Geruch schon im Hausflur und dann im Bad extrem, irgendwas stimmt mit den Abflüssen nicht und so riecht es leider auch. Die Wohnung war nicht wie abgebildet und alles in allem etwas abgenutzt vorallem das sofa war zum schlafen viel zu durchgelegen. Ansonsten gibt es auch viel positives zu sagen die Küche ist top auch sonst wir waren zu 3. war die Wohnungen super aber für mehr Personen würde ich sie nicht empfehlen. Die Lage ist super alles ist gut zu erreichen alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt aber denkt an Ohrstöpsel wenn ihr wie ich einen leichten Schlaf habt es ist sehr hellhörig im ganzen Haus.

Vi blev placeret på et kælder lokale som ikke lignede billederne og var 20 min væk fra det sted vi havde bestilt. Efter klage med lejer fik vi det vi oprindelig havde bestilt men skulle selv sørge for transport. Det andet sted var ok, men sparsomt indrettet. Hvis man lejer til 4 kunne det være smart der var 4 gafler og ikke 3, hvor den ene var i stykker og smart med flere bøjler end 1.

The place did not look like the photos, however, it served its purpose. It’s reasonably priced and in walking distance to the local culture, train and bus stations. The train station is about a 8-10 minute walk and the food options are great in the area. There is a gym 12 minutes away called, Neoness it was really nice 15€ for a day pass but worth it if you want to workout while on vacation. There was also a main train station that was about 20 minutes away with a full 3 story mall that was really nice. The Eiffel Tower, louvre Museum and major sightseeing activities are a 40-50 minute train and bus away which wasn’t too bad.
