I like this old hotel that’s loaded with history… fun to see the framed info posted outside various rooms of the celebrities who have stayed there. The hotel houses an interesting collection of antique and vintage furniture and furnishings. Rates are reasonable, the location is perfect.

Stay was great. No staff avil for approx 30min while the elevator was stuck on the 2nd floor not allowing a disabled person to get to there room.

The Plaza hotel is the best location in town. We loved how the hotel showcases local history, especially the building's history, with images and books and other items throughout the hallways. The hotel maintains its lobby, first-floor amenities, and staircase very beautifully. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Coffee in the room would be a nice addition. The small pillows on the beds are also a strange choice, but otherwise the beds were very comfortable. Overall, it's a unique stay in a small town with a rich history and beautiful setting.

The building was very clean, and I loved the historical vibe of it. The only issue I had was an extremely squeaky floor, near the bathroom. I felt bad for the people below us. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with our AC not wanting to go down at a decent rate, and they switched us quickly to a better room.

It’s a great old hotel, staff was great, just need to take some extra care in cleaning things like mirrors and towel hangers etc. other than that it’s a great place would stay again.

The restaurant and bar were closed the whole time I was there (6 days). Not managed by the hotel so they have no control. Same was true when I stayed there a year ago. The coffee bar was closed the first three days and when open the only food available was candy bars, chips, etc. , no pastries,cookies, etc. In the lobby, which is sizeable, the only seating was a settee which could seat two people. If you're waiting to check in or out you stand.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Hotel. They were very friendly and accommodating but seemed a little under staffed. It so slow getting drinks, meals,etc. we will definitely stay there again.
