Check-in is done via a link, and you get a 6-digit code to access both the hotel’s front door and your room. Unfortunately, there’s no lock on the inside of the door, which didn’t feel great in terms of personal security.
The biggest issue, though, was the lack of real air conditioning. While the listing said there was AC, we later found out it’s actually just an air circulation system. The screen in the room constantly showed 27°C, and it was uncomfortably hot the entire time. We had to ask multiple times over WhatsApp before they eventually sent us a standing fan — which didn’t help much.
The room itself was okay — small, but fairly well equipped. Shower water pressure was very weak. We also asked for an extra blanket at 17:00 when we arrived and were told it would come the next morning, but it never did, even after following up.
Overall, wouldn’t recommend if you’re staying in warmer months or care about basic comfort and service.
