This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The property failed to provide basic amenities, and the staff behavior was completely unacceptable.
The room did not have a TV, even though this was clearly listed as an amenity when we booked. When we asked the staff about it, no solution was offered and no effort was made to correct the issue. We paid for certain standards, and the hotel simply did not deliver.
The most disturbing part of the stay was the way we were treated by staff. A staff member threatened to throw our belongings out of the room if we did not make a payment before 12 PM. Speaking to guests in a threatening manner is completely unprofessional and unacceptable under any circumstances. It created a very uncomfortable and intimidating environment.
Breakfast was also included in our booking, but in the morning we were told they had “run out of stock.” This is not a minor inconvenience — it shows poor management and lack of basic planning. If breakfast is advertised and paid for, it must be available to guests. We had to leave the hotel without eating.
The location only made things worse, as it is inconvenient and added unnecessary stress to an already terrible experience.
Overall, this hotel showed a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for guests. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
