David, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was spacious, but the cleanliness could have used some work. The Mountain View was awesome. The hotel was very easy to get to

6/10 Good

There was mold on soap holder in tub,we had stink bugs , deck is size of refrigerator box or smaller, breakfast food tasted terrible, but staff was great, the girl that works at night, was kind, talked to us, made the hotel feel like home and gave us fresh linens
Terri, 9-night trip

The hotel was not as it should be for the use of the general public. I will not use this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Mary, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

There was no house keeping. Roaches, horrible owner with major attitude. I do not advise staying there.
Maria, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Room full of bugs, owner wasn’t very accommodating, felt watched and discriminated against, very uncomfortable. And the breakfast was not good, the waffle mix tasted sour like it may have been expired or made with expired ingredients.
Kiawana, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The room was in terrible condition. The floors and couch were stained. There was a dead bug in the fridge. The tub was dirty and barely had hot water. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Charles, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to, very unclean, pool was nasty and closed, stains on the bed, breakfast was nasty, and pillowcases, spiders on the bed, and to top it off it took me almost an hour to check out because the man was gone, no where to be found!
Pool closed
Trash
Man gone for long periods of time
They just leave the breakfast mess out, they don't clean it up.
Christina, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The hotel was very short staffed, only saw 2 employees our entire stay. Breakfast was scheduled from 7:45-9, but nothing was ready until 8ish. Breakfast also had very limited options, with no fruit, only one brand of cereal, etc. Both treadmills were out of order in the gym, so don’t plan on working out. Our room lock was broken with no deadbolt.
Breanna, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was friendly and quick to accommodate your needs. Rooms were spacious and clean would definitely return.
Kellie, 2-night trip

Sonny is genuine, and makes you feel so welcome.
Caryn, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Nobody was working, not clean. And it did not look like the pictures at all. I would never go back again.
John, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

There was no help. But the receptionist was on duty and super helpful and friendly. Anything that you wanted she tried to help. But she can only do with what she has to do with.
DeLoris, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Vista suites is real good

The manager is a very nice man and is very helpful and the night manager Jasmine is very nice and a hard worker. I would definitely stay there again.
Bradley, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel met our family needs with the exception of breakfast. There was no food when we went to breakfast at 8:00 am. If you promise breakfast in your advertising, you had better supply breakfast!!!
Amy, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

We reserved two rooms at this hotel. Neither TV worked in either room. The sofa bed mattress in one room was ridiculously dirty and stained. Needless to say no one would want to sleep on that. The sliding door to the closet was mirrored, and the mirror was shattered at the bottom. The door would barely move to open to get a blanket out of the closet. The young lady at the front desk was a pleasure very friendly, very sweet.
Brenda, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The lobby had a musky smell. The inside pool and hot tub were cloudy and didn't look very clean. The room was clean. The towels seem to be old and small. None of the ice machines worked.
Kevin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Over all it was a great stay. However the bed wasn’t comfortable and the breakfast was minimal when I went down to get some.
Christa, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very bad service and the place needs a lot of work

The first night the roof was leaking and it got on both beds and on the table beside the bed and all over the phone. They put us in another room for the next night and when we got up that morning to shower there was no hot water.
Christine, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

No hot water. They did not bring fresh towels. Bugs on the ceiling. Key would not work and had to replace. But sigh said wait 10 minutes. Cheap toilet paper. Will never stay there again. Very moldy smelling.
