Lugar cómodo por estar al lado de Termini. Desgraciadamente esta es justo su debilidad, es una calle que no inspira seguridad, aunque fue totalmente segura la estancia.

Creo que por estar enfrente de la estación estaría más bonito pero la área es muy fea, en la habitación no te dice que la cocina la tienes que compartir lo cual me hizo sentir insegura, renia un olor feo pero las instalaciones estaban agradables

Todo excelente, el lugar agradable; excepto que hacen mucho ruido desde las 5:30 AM. Realmente no es hotel es una habitación tipo AirBnb y tú haces todo autónomamente. Tampoco hacen limpieza como los hoteles. Pero la cercanía a la estación central “Termini” está a unos pasos solamente si alguien la renta nuevamente y aterriza en el aeropuerto de Roma puede tomar el tren hacia la terminal central y de ahí caminas 300 metros. Te evitas muchos problemas como el Uber y una fila inmensa para tomar taxi.

Super convenient location just steps from Termini Station—perfect for a quick stay. It was easy to access, and the directions were clear and helpful. While the area isn’t as charming as other parts of Rome, it worked really well for our one-night stay before an early train. We found a fabulous restaurant nearby and felt safe and comfortable throughout.

The bed was uncomfortable, and I woke up repeatedly during the night. I checked out while sleep-deprived and headed to the airport for my journey home. Two days after leaving Rome, I developed a widespread rash from bedbug bites on my arms and legs; I was forced to seek medical attention, and the experience became a bitter memory of my stay in Rome—something I would rather not even think about. I deeply regret having chosen this place simply because the photos looked clean and it was close to the station. Next time I stay in Rome, I intend to make a wiser decision; it was a valuable lesson for my life.

We were told we could store our luggage because our cruise ship got in at 8 am. We were not told and we paid 10 euros to store. Just be upfront. Great location next to the train station. Do walk up to the main entrance to get train to Colosseum.

Very basic property. Room door from common area wouldn’t close properly. You have to walk up a long flight of steps with your luggage before you even get to the elevator/lift. Close to the train station but did not appear to be a great neighborhood.

Das Zimmer war recht geräumig. Das Badezimmer war zwar schön, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche jedoch fast nicht vorhanden, so dass das Wasser nur tröpfelte. Ohne den zusätzlichen Brauseschlauch neben der Toilette wäre das Waschen der Haare kaum möglich gewesen. Zudem gab es nur ein Tagesfläschen Shampoo.

2 stars because the bed was comfy and there was AC. Other than that…way overpriced. Virtually zero amenities provided. Two pillows on the bed. 2 extras in the cabinet had no cases and were dirty. Not even soap in the bathroom. The shower drain didn’t work because it was clogged with hair and flooded the whole bathroom when we tried to use it. Someone met us there and let us in - that’s pretty much it.

Six minutes walk from Roma Termini so extremely well connected for bus and metro. It was a self contained en suite room with shared kitchen. There was one other resident we never saw. First floor with no lift. Three different door codes, street entry, apartment and room. Some problems with codes. You have to wake the key pad by pressing a key before you enter the code. Quickly eesolved hy whatsapp message with keyholder. Area is pretty run down but safe. Close to the Papal Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore

If you’re Asian and planning to use the train during your stay, this is one of the best short-term accommodations you can find. There are plenty of Asian markets nearby, which is super convenient. Just keep in mind that this place doesn’t operate like a regular hotel — there’s no front desk or lobby. You’ll need to be in touch with the host in advance to get all the check-in information. Make sure communication with the host goes smoothly to avoid any issues when entering the property.

The Good: the room was clean and spacious, It was very convenient as it was across the train station. The OK: it was in a site in Rome that is not particularly pretty, and at the beginning I thought it was quite creepy. However, we never felt unsafe. So it was just ugly, but the convenience of it overweighted this. The really bad: This was not really a hotel, but a "guest house". this meant that there was no Name at the door, or any staff to receive you. Because of this, we were hours trying to find the location, thinking that we were in the wrong part of town. This was not only us, but we encountered the same complaint with other guests that occupied the same "apartment" in a different room. Furthermore, it seems that at this address there are other "guest houses" that similarly are announced in Expedia, but not clearly defined as guest house. That was the case of an elderly couple that I tried to help, that was for hours trying to get a phone number and somebody that would respond to their reservation done through Expedia at the same address, but with a different name. I think Expedia should be responsible for alerting people what kind of property is this. It is really not fair to travelers to have to encounter this. So. overall, after taking into account the troubles above, I still give 4 stars, because the room was great and the place very convenient. However, travelers should be ALERTED that this is not a hotel.

Great convenient location next to Rome Termini station. Better for short stay. There are 2 rooms and a shared dining/cooking space. Each room has a fridge. High turnover place; we stayed 1 week, and the other room had new people daily. The shared space is not well maintained, organized or cleaned. There are few supplies, the kitchen drawers are a mess of junk, never cleaned. There are no dish towels for drying and the soap holder is mouldy. There are no cooking utensils. We saw one proper cleaning of the shared space in one week. In the bedroom there are few amenities provided, coffee, water & treats, but no shampoo or even hand soap. The air conditioner leaks and the wall above is mouldy. The shower also leaks and does not drain well. Our room was never cleaned in a week, only one linen change was provided. Luckily it did not rain but the floor got very dirty despite us not wearing shoes in the bedroom. We are tidy so I can only imagine how dirty it could get. I washed the bathroom floor myself, the towels were black after. The staff is nice but disorganized. We did feel secure in the room even though the lock in the door (room 1) is all but kicked in, see the picture. Fortunately a small safe box is provided. The TV freezes often. We had no problem finding the location, the door is clearly marked and the keypad locks function well. You just have to “wake” them first, they make a sound to acknowledge when the keypad entry is active. Would stay in this area again.
