Shower head attachment leaked Room difficult to warm up.
Great location to the airport. Worse parking experience ever, you’re better off finding parking on the street and paying for it.
The staff here are strange to say the least. It seems they don't want to be there. Grumpy on front desk. Lacking basic knowledge. Very poor impression for guests on their arrival. The hotel itself lacks soul and life. Partly because of the grumpy, almost robot-like staff. Partly because the hotel is trying too hard to appear chic and modern. Instead it is overly cold, clinical and lacking any personality. Finally, we were clearly promised a room with 3 beds and a sofa bed. But given 2 single beds + sofa bed. How do we sleep 2 adults and 2 children on this? Front desk response was a cold "that's how it is".
Bad: No air-conditioning. Small shower. Nothing in the area. Good: friendly staff. Free coffee and water.
The staff were courteous . The hotel is very well plcced
Nice room and reception area. Great food in the restaurant and great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Some of the furniture in the room and in the restaurant was quite tatty and worn out. To accees the hotel car park, you need to drive about 2 miles to get to the rear of the hotel. Its best to get the address of the rear car park, and use this in your sat-nav.
slow check in lady thought she was the greatest not good
The hotel wasn’t bad. The room was actually quite big and nice. Their restaurant was good though breakfast could be better. Their reception staff need to change their attitude. Last evening before I wanted to settle the bill as I was checking out early morning. Samir from reception asked why now when he’s so busy... I then asked to add my company details on the bill. He’s reply was: please be patient. I’m not a robot. I suggest some customer care training.
The room was sooo hot, very difficult to get a good nights sleep. The air conditioning wouldn't work ... no outlets on one side of the room made it frustrating to try to charge any and all electronics needed for the following day of travels back to the USA. We joked that this room felt like an old conference room, that was made into a guest room after the fact. Overall the beds and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. Honestly just glad that it was only 1 night. Oh and the shower had no light, basically showering in the pitch black ... Will not stay at this hotel again.
It is strictly an OK hotel and definitely not worth the price. Also there is a display on gift joining their reward plan, however, when you join, they mention it is available only in the next stay. So felt odd there. After ages I could see a 20 inch TV in a hotel room priced 100Euro plus
