Arrived early and were sent away. On return we were given an Italian number to call. “There’s a problems with your payment.” That number went on hold for 5 minutes and hung up. Next number wasn’t connected anymore. Was called back by a 3rd number and was told to do an online check in. Mail for it was only than sent.
There is no working WiFi to do the checkin and our mobile had no connection. So you go to another location to do the check in.
Finally 2hrs later we were given the keys with a short verbal description of where to go.
The elevator smells of dog pee. The flat is all right. Bed mediocre at best. Rather bleak atmosphere.
