We never saw a human that worked at the hotel. I received a code to open the door to the room. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. It was just unnerving to not see anyone at all.

Room smelled like smoke and cleaning solutions. Had a respiratory attack upon entering. called the off site manager who spoke to hotels.com and confirmed refund, has not occurred in over /weeks!!

Love this place, easy check in and check out through codes. Comfortable beds too. Best feature is easy walk over the bridge to downtown Newburyport which is a quintessential New England town with great shops and restaurants. There’s also a restaurant in the nice weather however it wasn’t open yet. It doesn’t open until mid May..

Room was comfortable and clean. Surprised there wasn't a microwave. Toiletries provided were inadequate...bring your own! Staff was pleasant and helpful, considering they didn't speak English; we were able to communicate our needs. Parking spaces were tight; large SUVs wouldn't fit. One of the TVs had ROKU but didn't work. It was in an excellent location - quick access to Newburyport. Suited our needs nicely.

Great location to Newburyport and surrounding area. Clean room. Did not interact with any staff. Room has a code as I arrived after the front desk was closed. Restaurant above was closed and not listed on website. Plenty of places to eat within a coupon mile radius. Would stay again.

Great stay in Salisbury/Newburyport. Easy Uber ride to Salisbury beach for a concert and you can walk across the bridge to Newburyport restaurants and shops. Room was very clean Kcup coffee, creamer's, fridge, shampoo, soaps. A very comfortable bed and linens. Small sitting area in the room and patio deck w/ table and chairs. The check in was self service, upload ID and recent picture via the app prior to check in. Good communication via text as well. We didn't get the code to get in the lock box as promised but a quick call to the phone # and it was sent. Would stay here again.

We received a room with two queen beds. Paid for a room with a king bed. Front door was broken. TV streaming didn’t work even after maintenance came. Was told we would get 25% off first night and Reimbursed for the second night since we opted to not stay because of all the above. Was still charged full rate for both nights. Some of the walls were dirty.

While my family's stay ended up being satisfactory, there was a poor start as when we checked into our room after a long travel day, our room had not been cleaned or turned over from the previous guest. We did not check in early, in fact it was about 7 pm at night, so this was just a miss from the property and staff. For a property with less than 20 rooms, it should not have been missed. With no housekeeping on property at that hour, we were offered a smaller room than booked as well as one without a view. These details mattered when booking as we had our infant daughter so were just looking for extra space as well as more serene environment than a parking lot view. The queen double we ultimately stayed in was fine. It was clean, we slept fine and left the next morning. I have reached out to the property to share my feedback but have yet to hear back. Based on other reviews, our experience seems like an anomaly but it doesn't take away from it being a frustrating & lackluster experience.

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are clean first time shower was broken. Second time no hot water both times access to the room was a little difficult overall facilities are clean a little noisy but worth a stay. somebody tried coming into my room because of the lack of communication they didn’t know what room they were in. We’ll stay again because of the convenience of the Location.

Room was in order, plenty of towels, coffee, paper towels. There was no one around, we needed maintenance, and the guy was there is 10 minutes. Couldn't get the heat to work but we figured it out. Ants on the floor. Restaurant out of business. Was able to get a Lyft in 10 minutes. Nice location.
