I had a one night stay for a concert and liked the apartment although a little outdated, particularly the shower. It was a good option for the price. $12 Uber into CBD or could walk. Some good bars close by. Free parking. I would definitely stay again.

But overall a very good place to stay within walking distance from the city center while also being resonably close to the airport

We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite. Plenty of space, new carpet and clean and tidy. Kitchen adequate and good dining space. Only negatives were no towel rails and the doors stuck on the new thicker carpet. Would recommend for a family group after something affordable.

The manager was an absolute gem and great help. The room was clean. Although I did not realize there were only steps as this would have been handy to know with luggage to get to the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were all separated and not good. The sofa bed was unable to be used as a bed it was so uncomfortable my daughter had to sleep with me. While the host was amazing I more than likely will book elsewhere if I return to christchurch.

We stayed in a small but warm unit that was comfortable overall. The bathroom is older in style but has had some minor renovations, which helped freshen it up. The cleanliness was generally okay; however, there were a few issues that could be improved. Towels from a previous guest had been left hanging over the shower curtain, and there was some mould visible in parts of the bathroom. The curtains were a little too small for the windows, letting in more light than expected. The couch doubled as a pull-out bed but was not particularly comfortable for sitting. A downside for us was the lack of a smart TV, with only Freeview channels available. On a positive note, the staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay.
