Lovely stay in Ninh Bihn. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Our favourite hotel we stayed at during our honeymoon in Vietnam. Cao and Jolie made our stay even better. The rooms and food are amazing and I would recommend this place to all. They also offer loads of activities that you can do. Again the best place I’ve ever stayed

We stayed four nights and loved every minute. Our room was gorgeous and the little patio looking out onto the river was perfect. It was so quiet!!! We were close to town but felt so far away by the peacefulness. The restaurant is great and offers good prices on their meals. Their coconut coffee was AMAZING! The breakfast buffet had a great selection and we loved the cats that hung around the restaurant and pool. They were very sweet and fun to watch play. Pool was great and spacious and they did offer us the opportunity to use kayaks along their river, but we didn’t get enough time to do so with our days trips planned. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be returning one day!

This is a five star hotel without a doubt. I wanted to extend my two day stay but they were full. I'm sad to leave. Good food. Great rooms. Phenomenal staff, I love them all. If you want a break from the chaos that is Vietnam, you will find peace and tranquility here. Highly recommend.

Superbly maintained and run property. Off the beaten track, Nature Garden Ecolodge is a hidden gem. The icing on the cake is the service quality. Candy, Jolie, Sha and the others are the real stars - extra polite, always ready to help and efficient to a fault. We were a group of 9 adults, all very well looked after by the staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way!!!

Lovely hotel

We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems. Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available. Restaurant - breakfast: small selection but tasty. Dinner: limited vegetarian selection but enough for a couple of days and all tasty. Front of house team all very helpful and friendly. They arranged a car with driver for us for the day and a half sightseeing - reasonably priced and saved having to wait for Grabs etc- and they also arranged a car to take us back to Hanoi airport at the end of our trip. Would definitely stay there again.
