We were appalled at the questionnaire sent by globalstay, and being asked to go off site of hotels.com to send an extremely large, unreasonable deposit plus + pay extra money because there were 4 of us staying there. It’s a four bedroom rental, what did they expect, it was a four bedroom rental, of course there were more than two people staying there. We expected more consumer protection going through a company like hotels.com. I felt as though we were being scammed when I was asked to send a picture of me holding my drivers licence.
We had issues with temperature control, also a number of outlets were not working for the first two days. There was no one on site to help with issues, and then was asked to take a picture of the electrical panel.
