We travel frequently and stay in a wide variety of hotels and vacation rentals, so we have a good basis for comparison.
The check-in process was more cumbersome than expected. Since everything is self-service, you’re completely dependent on the instructions provided. Unfortunately, some important details—especially parking information—were missing or difficult to find, while other information wasn’t particularly helpful.
The unit itself was very clean and spacious, which was the highlight of our stay. However, our room faced a busy street and was extremely noisy. Motorcycles and traffic continued well past midnight each night. I’m generally a heavy sleeper, and even with white noise machines, the noise was overwhelming.
The surrounding area also felt somewhat sketchy. We prefer locations where we can comfortably walk to restaurants and attractions, but we did not feel comfortable doing that here.
The property is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, which is a plus. However, if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, this probably isn’t the best choice. If you plan to be out most of the time or don’t mind late-night noise, it may work well for you.
The app-based entry system was also frustrating. The app was unreliable at times, forcing us to use the keypad code instead, which became inconvenient when carrying bags or other items.
Overall, not for us and would not stay here again.
