Upon our arrival we were assigned the room on the 4 floor,the room is a "comfort" but it is very small,all furnished in black and very dark even when we turn on all the lights,we notice that the bathroom door does not close completely,it is a sliding door and it remains open by about 30 centimeters,we notify the reception where a very annoyed employee doesn't even take us into consideration,I write a review on expedia and the next morning at breakfast another employee asks me and they finally fix the door. On the same day me and my husband we get stuck in the lift,we sound the alarm and no one comes, it restarts and it gets stuck again,we ring but nothing. My husband manages to open the door and we go down on foot, the guy at the reception is busy playing with the phone.
We were scared because there was no air
They write to me and ask me why I still complained about the room and I explain to them what happened and that the problem isn't the room,they tell me that the elevator is fine that maybe I touched something and that it wasn't possible was blocked,this goes on for a while but in the end they apologize.
In the following days my husband no longer takes the elevator but takes the stairs and I get stuck again, he calls the employee and finally sees that I was stuck.
For the rest, the hotel is in a perfect location and the breakfast is not a buffet but prepared fresh,not very varied,but good.
The wifi works great and the room was clean and the bed very very comfortable.
