Be aware that this is a privately owned apartment listed as a hotel.
The check in process is the owner/management company contacting you for a specific time you will arrive.
Should you have any delays, this will result in a lot of messages.
We confirmed arrival time but still had to wait 30 minutes as the host was stuck in traffic.
The lobby/common area is not well lit or air conditioned and was not comfortable to wait for the host.
The apartment was sparse. And was not at all what was pictured. Recommend reviewing photos or requesting photos.
Linens and towels were of a low quality.
Cleanliness is reflected in the build quality of the building. There were many scuffs and marks on the walls, furniture and poor ventilation in the bathroom.
