The property is located in a high rise near the University of Toronto. Most of the units seem to be occupied by students. The location was very convenient - close to the metro and to shops.
Property management could have been better. Although there is a concierge desk, they are only there for regular residents. In our case, the entry code to the building did not work and questions we asked while there were not answered via email as promised. We only had one key for three people, which posed some problems. There's no one to contact if you accidentally lock yourself out.
The unit had some amenities, although they all seemed to be things left over from former visitors, including large tubes of toothpaste and body wash (but no shampoo). There was drip coffee, but no coffee filters. A more standard assortment of items would have been helpful for a stay of only a few days.
I would stay here again for the location, but if we were only 2 people I would probably choose a more standard hotel for the price charged.
