Our room was an absolute disappointment. The photos show tastefully renovated rooms, clean and good amenities. Our room has had zero updates, very dirty, stained carpet, a tiny tv with deep gouged scratching, making the picture hard to see, cube sized fridge and very smal old microwave. If I had seen a photo of the room we received u would have NEVER considered booking this property. They were unwilling to move our room when asked. In addition the lights from the pool area were on and bright all night, and we did not have adequate window covering to keep the light out. The towels were tiny and scratchy to use. Finally when I went to check out at the end of the weekend, the hotel charged me more than th le fees on hotels.com. I am absolutely disgusted with our experience here
