El personal amable, sabia que la habitación era pequeña, pero no crei que tanto. Cuando llegué me dijeron que ya no había A/C y me ofrecieron un ventilador, muy mal para mi. El desayuno promedio. No hay elevador. No es bueno para personas adultas. Si vas con maletas grandes, ni pienses en este hotel. Las camas muy malas. En fin, NO LO RECOMIENDO

The room was very cramped, the bed creaked all night disturbing our sleep, both room was very small, bin in bathroom was rusty, curtains at window was stained. Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly. Will nut stay there again!

Comfortable bed, breakfast adequate, good position in Fitzrovia and budget price reflected in standard of building. Perfectly sitble for those on a budget wanting somewhere just a few minutes walk to the west end. Don’t expect anything mega but it is central, reasonable and safe.

Overnight stay at The Marker. 2 single rooms that were great. Small but everythingthat you needed. Excellent staff friendly & informative. Great location for all you need. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay there again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay for one night due to seeing a show in the West End, felt safe & secure with having 24 hour front door bell security, lady on Reception was really pleasant & helpful, room was lovely, we stayed in a triple room number 9, spacious & very clean, coffee & fruit teas & toiletries in the wash room provided including hand wash, hair & body wash & conditioner smelt lovely, shops & eateries just round the corner, will definitely return, continental & full English provided, very tasty!!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was nicely presented if not a little outdated but that didn't impact the stay. Situated in a good location not far from Euston train station and close to the underground. Only fault was we were put in a room facing the road outside and the windows weren't sufficient to stop the noise of traffic which did disrupt our sleep.

Surprisingly good breakfast for a small location! Was nice to start the day. Room was clean but small. Bed was not the most comfortable. Location was fabulous!

Walking distance to 3 different tube stations, great shops, supermarkets nearby. A good variation of restaurants close by, plus an i ternational food market on Tuesdays & Thusdays in amongst the university buildings plus a tidy little park to sit out and eat if the weather is good. Waterstones book & coffee shop is opposite the hotel. Walking distance to the British Museaum.

Had to wait outside the property for 10 minutes before anyone answered the door for check-in. Tried doorbell several times, and phone. No answer. The room was fine, although the shower head didn’t stay set on its fixing, so had to shower one-handed. Weird tea bags in the room (turmeric, menopause aid) - no English breakfast. Full English breakfast was odd too. Two slices of cheese to accompany a mediocre fry up. Overall, it was okay, but nothing more than that, and left me feeling that it’s not worth the extra that you have to pay to stay in London. If the tube strikes weren’t forecast, I would’ve done better getting up at 5am and not staying in a hotel.
