Une belle vue de la chambre au calme malgré le trafic incessant. Le Caffè Gambrinus est à 10 minutes de marche tout comme les deux principales rues commerçantes de via Chiaia et via Toledo.

Great location right in the heart of Naples. Staying near Piazza Municipio makes everything super convenient—close to the port, historic sites, and plenty of amazing food spots. The area is lively and full of energy, which adds to the authentic Naples experience, though it can be a bit noisy at times. Perfect if you want to be in the middle of it all.

Location is good, quiet and close to the center. The room itself is nice, spacious and recently renovated. Beware that the steps up are substantial. Also, this is essentially a renovated apartment and the « lobby » is right outside the door of all the rooms, which makes for a noisy morning.

Our stay was very good. We had a sea view room which was a lovely view across from the castle and harbor. The staff was so helpful with restaurants and sights to see, however our short stay provided us only 1 day to tour Pompeii and no time to enjoy breakfast at the hotel due to Early starts and early check out to airport. The young man at the desk also helped us carry small luggage and backbacks (we're older) up the stairs to the 3rd floor boutique hotel which was wonderful! 85 stairs up!!!

Excellent location. Close to the metro with sea views. The fridge in your room an microwave in the common area was great. Only draw back was the building is from 1760 so no elevator. But the atairs helped work off all the calories you eat in naples.

We like the area very much, it was convenient for our purposes. Close proximity to take the to the port of Naples to take the tour bus to take us to Pompeii and the next day the ferry across to Sorrento, also very clean room & delicious breakfast, and excellent view from the balcony the castle and the port of Naples, also walking distance to restaurants & more We loved it. We will stay here again

This is a historic building, and you can tell on the ground floor, but once you climb the stairs the room is beautiful, the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast option was amazing, they lightly knock on your door with it all served warm and you can open up the balcony and enjoy the view while eating. It was perfect

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and excellent included breakfast brought to your room. View was great and the location had lots of great options for food and close to transit. 10/10! Walking up the stairs would be a no go for anyone with mobility issues.

This was a very nice property. The room was clean and view was excellent. The staff were friendly. Even though we were told about the stairs we found this to be a major problem, especially with having luggage.

The location is very good, close to ports and metro train. The hotel itself is just a AirBNB style “Hotel”, considering the low price paid, that is expected. The room is excellent with very nice view. Simple breakfast is included. Don’t consider the hotel if you can’t climb 82 steps to get your room. Hotel .com should disclose the fact.

Amazing room at a great location

(FYI; this room is three floors up without elevator, wasn’t an issue for us, just a note if you have trouble walking in stairs) The room was fantastic, with a lovely view of the castle! Bed was comfy, room bright and nice. Lovely bathroom with gigantic jacuzzi. Nice breakfast served in room. If you’re going or arriving from Capri or Ischia this is perfect location as only 5 min walk from port. Staff was very friendly and helpful (they are not always there though) Overall great, would definitely stay again.
