Cet hôtel est idéal pour passer une nuit ou deux. La chambre est petite, mais très propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un court séjour. Le personnel est aimable. Un grand avantage est qu'il est situé à deux pas de la Gare de Lyon. J'y reviendrai volontiers.

Je ne renouvellerai pas dans cet hôtel

Nous avions réservé 3 nuitées. La chambre donnée pour 2 personnes est trop petite. ( D’ailleurs une seule table de nuit, est-ce un signe...) On ne peut pas se croiser. Quant à la salle de bain, le lavabo est si minuscule que lorsque vous ouvrez le robinet vous avez les pieds trempés. 2 jours pour avoir une seconde serviette puisqu’il n’y en avait qu’une et contrairement à ce qui m’a été affirmé à l’accueil c’est bien la preuve que c’était une chambre pour une seule personne. Et le 2ème jour nous avons quitté la chambre à midi et quand nous sommes rentrés le soir, elle n’avait pas été faite.

L’hôtel n’est qu’à 5 mn de la Gare de Lyon Très bon accueil la chambre était propre et confortable. La salle d’eau était propre serviettes changées tous les jours. Petit déjeuner à volonté Quartier commerçant à deux pas du marché d’Aligre.

Incroyable série de déceptions !

Arrivée à 22h le premier soir, le veilleur de nuit était dans la rue, sans possibilité d’ouvrir la porte d’entrée. On a attendu 1/4 d’heure là sortie d’un client. Chambre non chauffée ! Machinerie de ventilation dans le couloir, bruyante, juste au dessus de la porte de chambre, fonctionnant nuit et jour ! 2eme soir: le veilleur de nuit était de nouveau dans la rue coincé dehors et 3 clients dont moi, ont de nouveau attendu 20 mn dehors à 22h. Tout ça pour 380 euros !

J'ai reservé la chambre pour mon fils. Il devait passer à Paris pour participer à un événement particulier. Mais suite à une inondation dans sa chambre il a perdu de precieuses heures de sommeil devant se lever très tôt ...et aucune solution de remplacement n'a été proposé, ni remboursement, ni proposition de compensation financière ou autre. N'ayant pas le choix vu l'heure tardive, il a dû finir sa courte nuit dans une chambre humide.... Je trouve cela honteux

Great location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English very well which was really nice. The hotel was clean and very centrally located. It was close to Gare de Lyon, and a short walk on the beautiful viaduct, got you to Bastille, where you could catch the Metro or a hop on hop off bus. Restaurants in the area were very friendly. The hotel has wifi, but it was sporadic in our room, although it appeared they were doing upgrades to it. All in all, I would stay there again.

Doesn't look at all like the picture, very dirty.

The room was stinking, smells like sewers. The actual room looks nothing like the picture. The bathroom is the size of an airplane lavatory, the carpet is old and dirty, and the furniture is extremely old. The staff were nice though.

The location was very good if you are commuting from Gate de Lyon. Easy 6 minutes to walk to the station which was very helpful since the metro went on strike the morning we left for Geneva. It was not hard to get to the major attractions by the metro.

barely a hotel. pics extremely misleading! incredibly cramped, not for 2. No safe/fridge. Moved furniture to set suitcases down. gave 1 towel no soap ! Shower leaked! Wall plaster rubbed off on clothing! Must leave key at desk every time you leave! DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s basically a hostel and the pictures are lies.

Great Location but small room

The hotel was just 3 minute walk from Gare De Lyon station which connects to all the major routes. The hotel reception is open 24 hours for check in which is a huge advantage and you can leave your bags at reception after check out too. They provide fresh towels everyday but no water bottles. There is a carrefour nearby but it closes at 9:30 PM. The rooms are extremely small and have no A/C. There is just a window and a standing fan.

Room are clean and nice, location is great for people traveling (very close to Paris gare de Lyon). I did not get a chance to try the breakfast but the smell was quite appealing. The only issue might be the noise in the room. You don't hear what is going on in the other rooms but everything that is happening in the hallway. Overall it's a good place to stay for one or 2 nights during a business trip.
