Upon arriving, it has curb appeal, easy access for those with mobility concerns. Receptionist was cheerful, friendly, very helpful. They allowed us to check in early as we had arrived much earlier than expected. The apartment was clean except a few issues with the bathroom floor & shower. Lovely set up with the dining area, equipped kitchen, comfy lounge area with a nice TV to enjoy shows. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The aircon was wonderful! It was a lovely one night stay, and will come back.

I got the room as it said balcony and in the picture it looks like a balcony but it just doors that open the same size as a normal door with bars rite where you stand I stayed last year and it had a small balcony with chair tables It was fairly clean but the one bedroom apartment is really a good size for the money you pay I like how the bedroom is seperate and lounge room dining table everything you need to cook with plus a complimentary 11 am check in was wonderful but was shattered when it didn't have a balcony as we wanted to sit outside bed was comfy with range of pillows too Thanks will be staying again but maby in grond floor as I saw it had a small court yard Excellent customer service too very happy and helpful

The location is great - very close to the tram stops and within walking distance to The Corner Hotel if you are staying to attend a concert of any sort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Cost was reasonable. The apartment was lovely and clean.

We were advised checking was until 6.00pm. We arrived at 5.10 and the front door was locked. No sign and no text until after 6pm that said we needed to put in a code for after hours check in. We waited around until we got that text. If you say check in is until 6.00pm, someone should be there until 6.00pm!

Check in was easy. Renovations at the time we checked in. Shelf under TV unit was damaged and reported straight away. Easy parking. Good nightly rate for parking. Close to CBD of Melbourne and very close distance to the MCG. Room pricing was a big steep but overall the accommodation was excellent.

Great location, good parking, Excellent room for $. Terrible trying to arrange parking a through reception just could not get through and when messages left no return contact. Bin was not emptied from previous tenanat.

Was good location for MCG but the room had a broken kitchen table dirty sheets on the bed stains on the lounge burns on the kitchen chairs, I guess if you got this room cheap it would be fine just not when you are paying a lot of money for it, the cleaners could be a lot better
