I stayed there for three days; overall, it was just OK. I stayed at this hotel versus another one I usually stay at because it's new and has better stars. My room was right by the elevator, so I could hear every time somebody got off; the walls are very thin. I could hear people on both sides of me. One of the toilet paper rolls was disgusting, so I immediately threw that out and got another one from the housekeeper. Each day I went out and came back, the bed was not made; the trash was not taken out, and there were no fresh towels. I had to find the housekeeper again so I could get fresh towels and unload my trash. The staff downstairs just sits around on their phones and doesn't really acknowledge you when you leave. Right before I was checking out, I was going downstairs to load my car. The housekeeper asked if I was leaving; I said no, not yet. When I came back upstairs, the housekeeper was coming out of my room and handed me my phone and wallet. I asked her why she was in there when I wasn't even checking out yet. She stated that she thought I said I was leaving. I replied back, 'I never said that; I said I wasn't leaving yet.' I quickly checked my wallet to make sure all my money was still in there, and it was. This has never happened to me before. When I went to check out downstairs, I informed them, but they didn't really seem to care. All they said was, 'OK, we will look into it.' I learned my lesson; I will continue to stay at the hotel I always stay at.
