I had a terrible experience at this hotel and do not recommend it.
Despite completing online check-in days in advance, I never received the promised access codes. On arrival I couldn’t get in and had to call the receptionist. The first room was dirty, with used sheets and towels on the floor. After waiting 10 minutes, the receptionist offered me two double rooms instead of the family room I had booked, and promised me a discount.
The next morning the hotel charged me for the full stay anyway. The receptionist said the discount would be settled at check-out, but he wasn’t at the hotel, didn’t answer calls, and ignored my messages.
Even the “cleaned” room was dirty — see the fridge in the photo. This is the worst hotel service I’ve ever experienced.
