Love the friendly environment always stayed at a different hotel but when we got there they was rude so we left and found this one it was amazing we come to Missouri a lot and plan on staying here from now on

We wanted a good night's sleep and a shower which was what we got. The room had working TV, microwave, and refrigerator. They just replaced the ice machine so we weren't able to take advantage of it.$100 deposit was returned at checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful

Our room was very clean, and the bed comfort was exceptional! Parking was free and we were able to park close to our entrance door for the 3 nights that we stayed. The shower head was mounted way too low on the wall! I’m only 5’ 4” and had to duck my head to get it wet (they did have a tub, I could have used instead). There was also a microwave and small fridge with a small freezer, which I appreciated to refreeze our ice packs for our cooler. This hotel does not offer any type of breakfast, but for the price we paid for our room, we were ok to eat out! The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating.

They make you pay a deposit of 100$ separate from what you pay for the room And you aren't allowed to have visitors as if your in a half way house or something

Very basic.

Very basic older motel. No breakfast and it's bare bones. It is very quiet and very clean. Be aware that if you give them a CC for a "deposit", they will charge you $51.50 BUT only refund $50.00. I am disputing the $1.50 surcharge because they didn't inform me of that policy.

$10 fee for each visitor in your room. No joke. Razor blade partially hidden above bath vent fan, electricity outlet with serious burn marks. Paper thin sheets and blankets, tiny rooms, abandoned vehicles in parking lot with flat tires. Avoid this place like the plague.

For a cheaper hotel room for the area the place was pretty nice. I’m sure why people are leaving reviews about not getting their $1.50 back, if that’s the case they probably shouldn’t be traveling. The front desk person was upfront with me about having visitors and pets and none of that was a problem. Great place if you plan on just needing a place to stay for the night or don’t expect all the amenities as higher end hotels. Would stay again!

Told us at end of check in they would run cr card for deposit. Didn’t say how much. Then I said reviews online said people mad that 1.50 processing fee is added to deposit - you get deposit back. He said oh yes fee is also charged to cr card. I asked if debit card gets 1.50 fee too on deposit. He said yes. I checked — illegal to do that. Two phone calls late at night about receipts they gave us.!All very off putting. Room was clean. Zero breakfast good. Bed ok. We left as early as possible in morning.

There are many fast food and gas station options with in walking distance. Wal mart is very close as well. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. The hotel is in good condition. The rooms are clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We came in at 11:30 pm and the front desk was nice and welcoming. We were tired and not in the best mood and they got us to our room fast and easy. I would recommend this hotel
