Bed was really hard and we where constantly ask to silence our baby. Staff never gave instructions and it was our first time ever at this hotel we had to figure it out and keys to get access inside where failing we had to go to the desk to get them fix and never had suficiente drinks to buy.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Actually i have stayed at hotels around the world some have not been clean and my biggest pet peeve is the noise when you are trying to sleep. Everhome was very quite! Thank you. The amenities were great especially the kitchen. My only complaint was there was no soap in the bathrooms. If i had know this i would have brought my own. Thanks for a great stay.

Not enough kitchen items, only one pot, no shampoo, no hair dryer. Only a couple towels and small and low quality. Bed pillows smallest i have ever seen. Small squares 12"x 12". Very strange. The bed was rock hard, felt like sleeping on a piece of wood.
