Good Place in Mahwah
The Hampton Inn and Suites in Mahwah is a good place for a short to medium trip to the area. We were there to attend a funeral, so we didn't really use all of the amenities vacationers might. There is a pool and gym. The breakfast is much better than average for similar hotels I have experienced. Nothing major was out of stock and the scrambled eggs were actually good (maybe I just got a fresh batch). The breakfast room is larger than the nearby Homewood Suites, and just felt less crowded.
