The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast included was a treat! The facilities made so much sense from the ski room being free and easily accessed from the street to lock your gear up and get dressed for the mountain. Bus stations to get to the lifts are close by, we felt this was very well located. The spa and the pool were the cherry on top. We wish we had more days to enjoy the facilities! The view food the matterhorn were also spectacular.

Great service and super clean. It was in a great location, close to a lot of the amenities that Zermatt had to offer. Beautiful little hotel in perfect location. The rooms have authentic mountain chalet chic and are very quiet, clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel offers good quality food, although the portions are rather on the smaller side. Breakfast buffet is great and offers plenty of quality food and beverages.
