I would have given 1 star based only on the first night. A younger woman checked us in and was very nice, but that night she invited friends and other employees to the hotel and they blasted music and yelled in the lobby all night long. I thought I was staying at a bar, not a hotel.
After midnight, I had to go down and ask them to be quiet and they just looked at me as if they had forgotten any guests were staying there at all. Even worse, they kept talking and yelling and playing music for 30 more minutes!!
Absolutely zero hospitality. If you run a hotel and you don’t let your guests sleep, why run a hotel at all.
I was dreading my second night after this, but this time there were an older woman and man working. They were actually normal… kind and pleasant, I would definitely recommend staying if they are there. If the young girls are there, save yourself and book another hotel.
