Super nice hotel a bit away from the busy downtown Lisboa but super easy to get there through an aqua taxi. Staff very friendly. Everybody in the tourists areas speak very good English. I speak Portuguese but despite, all made us feel at home.

Great Restaurant!
Bashq restaurant is most impressive. It has been my long experience that it is wise to pass on the hotel restaurant. However, this is not the case of Bashq. I had two dinners there and both were outstanding. Imaginative, tasty, and well-presented. If you stay here, give Bashq a try, it will not disappoint.

The young man (I believe Ray……sorry can’t remember full name) who checked us in was so good with his knowledge about the area and also Lisbon. He gave us great inside information about places to visit and eat as well as sunsets. That made our trip! Thank you. Hotel next to Lidyl supermarket And half hour walk to the River boat to Lisbon in the old town amd all the great restaurants

Good - free underground parking & cleanliness. Bad - Rooms are not soundproof I could hear every noise from the people above me. I barely got any sleep on my second night it sounded as if there was about 10 people in the room above shouting and talking very loud for most of the night, they even had the window open which made it worse. Everything dropped on the floor could be heard like loud thuds, at one point they decided to rearrange the furniture which you could hear being dragged around. If you are a light sleeper wouldn’t recommend especially for the price.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The room was spacious with a good view. My biggest complaint has nothing to do with the hotel, it's just that walking around is an effort due to the hills. The views are spectacular, but getting there is a slog.
