The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not.

A simple but very nice accomodation. Directly on the beach, with good connections to supermarkets, taxis, restaurants. Fresh bred every day to the room. A little kitchen inside, so you can prepair breakfast very good. I will come back again.

The location is lovely but the place is old, tired, with clueless staff bar one (I believe Suliman - begins with an S - he was wonderful!). The Standard rooms have no AC and despite saying a fan is included (it was in the Expedia confirmation), they told us we had to pay extra! I have to fight to remove this payment as it was absurd as the rooms are saunas! The deluxe had AC but there were no bedsheets - I had to ask for bedsheets! the extra pillows and cover had hair, dirt and smelled. this was a disgusting accommodation. We only stayed due to price point as was there for work and work was covering but besides that would NEVER set foot there again. Worst place ever.

Slightly out off that i didnt get the room i wanted and my booking had been misplaced because i was a day late. I was told they thought i had cancelled because i didnt show up. However, i still enjoyed my stay and tge staff are very approachable and friendly. I would definitely come back here on my next visit to the smiling coast.

The room was spotless, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and the space was both modern and cozy. One of the highlights was the beach. Which was simply stunning. It was peaceful, offering the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Gambia. I spent hours there, soaking up the tranquility and feeling like I had my own private getaway. I would absolutely stay here again, as the combination of friendly service, a clean and comfortable room, and a serene beach experience made it a memorable trip.

Tillmötesgående personal, något äldre inredning av rum och mer ett hotell anpassat för äldre människor som är där för avkoppling. Skulle inte påstå att det är ett barnanpassat hotell. Nära till stranden och en mycket trevlig strandbar tättintill hotellet som var mycket trevligt.

Ein Security namens „Lamo“ hat mich um 2000 Dalassi betrogen. Ich wollte eine Freundin mit ins Hotel nehmen, er hat mich informiert ich müsse an der Rezeption entweder 5000 Dalassi zahlen oder ihm direkt 2500. Er hat sich auf 2000 eingelassen, jedoch für seine eigene Tasche, was nicht in Ordnung ist.

Personalen var tillmötesgående. Sängarna var sköna. Rummen spartanska och i varierande skick men ändå ganska stämmer väl in på bilderna. Renligheten av rummen lämnade lite att önska, kan vara renare även om rummen är slitna. Badrummen tycker jag de borde satsat på att fräscha med lite nya fogar och småfix för en lite trevligare upplevelse. Läget vid havet var kanon. Vi var bland de första gästerna för säsongen och de kändes helt oförberedda på vår ankomst, poolen var väldigt smutsig, blev bättre under veckan men fortfarande ofräsch.
