We stayed for seven nights. Our room (113) was the worst possible assigned room, as even an employee relayed to us. We could hear the door slam every time anyone walked in or out of the building, laundry room, or office. Signs posted “no smoking” within a certain number of feet of the building, no one complied. When I notified an employee of a man smoking (weed) outside my open window while my children and I were in the room, nothing was done. The employees were guilty of smoking in the same corner pocket, so they did nothing. It prevented me from having the window open for fresh air. For an extended stay with no housekeeping, cooking utensils in the room, and retrieving towels and toilet paper daily from the frequently unmanned front desk was a challenge. However, I guess this was the price we paid for the lack of amenities. Epic fail for my kids since I failed to realize there was no pool. The plus was the local Starbucks, and the parking was plentiful.
