Great Location!
The location is GREAT! The staff were friendly, they are all really new and did a good job trying to help. What I think happened a company is trying to rebrand using the Hudson Yard name. When I booked this was not what I was expecting. Again it was not awful! Just lower your expectations, it was worth the stay for the location. No hair dry, no place to hang cloths, our HVAC was not working. Our friends HVAC was not working however they had a floor unit set up in their room. Again not an awful place and once they remodel the price will go way up!

Worst hotel
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I grew up staying in motels for vacations. The day we checked in, we left to walk the city and when we came back our door was opened. We assumed we left it open and went on about our day. When we woke up the next morning, we went to get water from downstairs and realized our door was open again, the night before I locked the door and put the latch on and the latched was pushed up as if someone opened it from the outside. We notified the front desk and was scared someone was targeting us being we were two women traveling alone. Our door was left open a total of FIVE TIMES with none of our stuff being moved, touched or stolen. Finally, a security guard told us they watched the cameras back and it was housekeeping. We were even more frustrated that housekeeping was opening our door and not servicing us, we had not received no new towels, trash was over flowing and had to get our own rolls of tissue from the front desk. When we finally talked to a manager, who was never there at any point we ran to complain about this issue, he tried to assume we were the ones that left our door open and that since no one had serviced our room there was no proof that their housekeeping were the ones that left our door open five times. Other then this situation, the hotel is also being renovated which was not disclosed before and the name they have on here IS NOT THE NAME ON THE BUILDING. They also don’t have dressers or closets.

Very noisy at hight, not allow to sleep due to a high volume of a music. They don't advertise that will be high music at night. The room had a portable air conditioning that doesn't allow to close the curtains. I have place some towel’s so people cannot see inside the room. No privacy.. really bad experience. Unsafe to walk even during the day. We saw a homeless attacking a lady at 11am, she as screaming and police came.

1st.. this hotel AC is broken… they don’t tell you until you complain about how hot the rooms are. Then they will place a window unit for you. If they have any available. I had to wait a day. Front desk staff are not friendly. The bed comforter had red stains on em.. looks to b like blood but idk… room does look like in pics. Bathroom was nice. Very walkable to Times Square.

Not a Place to Stay
Extremely basic hotel. Furniture was very cheap, no closet, only a small area that they hung a rod but it didn't have any hangers. Small bottle of body wash - so small, not good for two people. No glass in bathroom for taking meds. No place to plug in your phone. TV seems to only be pay per view. A last minute stay in NYC and our favorite hotel was totally booked. Will never stay here again.

Pros - Clean beds - Nice, clean courtyards - Quick service and check in/out due to it being a smaller hotel - Friendly workers - Mini fridge - Coffee/tea, microwave in lobby - Great location close to Times Square and many eateries. Next to public transport. - Smart TV in room Cons - Only window was leading into the hallway so anyone could look directly into our room. There are shade screens to keep them closed but it meant no sunlight. We had double beds. - AC did not work - No door/curtain for shower - No coffee/tea in the rooms themselves - Bathroom door was just a sliding door with frosted glass, not good for privacy. It was also broken when we came in but fixed promptly - Nightclub on main floor may disturb sleep. We stayed Wed-Fri, and music/thudding could be heard from our rooms on Friday night. It only went on for a couple hours and stopped around 11pm-12am midnight. I sleep late so it didn't bother me much. - Outlets in inconvenient locations. None by the nightstands or next to beds. The lamp on the nightstand was plugged into nothing. - Furniture in the room felt very cheap - No signage outside to indicate this was a hotel, which can lead to confusion - Decor was kind of a party theme with pictures of sultry ladies on the wall, which isn't my personal preference - High price - No shampoo provided in our room Overall satisfied with stay and I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable, however this is not a place I'd book for a luxury experience.

It was really nice. I stayed in a nice room. Bed was comfortable. The ammenities worked. The hotel is nice. It is in a louder area. But thats not their fault. Its still worth it for the location. I just put on some background noise and it drowns out most of the city noise, sirens, etc

Bed was comfortable but no phone to front desk in room so I had to leave my room walk to front desk to ask why so hot in my room? Answer given even though it was a warm fall evening there is a set date the heat goes on like there was no adjusting- Everything else was fine.
